No less than 12 Itema Group EVO weaving machines will be in operation at ITMA 2023 in Milan (June 8-14), seven at the company’s own stand B105 in Hall 5, and the others at the stands of partners Julibao, MEI, Staübli and Van De Wiele.

The production of diversified fabric styles will be demonstrated, developed in cooperation with partners including Drago Lanificio, Finsa Textil, Frau Pérez Textiles, ISKO, Mantero Seta and Tessitura Marinoni.

The new EVO weaving range has many features designed to raise the bar in terms of operational control, eco-efficiency and performance, including advanced solutions for the weft transfer to enhance versatility and machine performance and the expansion of the highly-successful  iSAVER system beyond denim and available for weaving in up to six colours.

The new iKNOWdigital software further enhances user experience based on the collective know-how of Itema textile experts collected from mills over the years, while MyWeave is the company’s latest advanced mill monitoring system.

Key machine components have also been optimised to further improve machine performance and ensure accessibility.

Itema Group companies Lamiflex and Schoch will further showcase advanced accessories for weaving machinery and OEM spare parts, including upgrade kits for existing looms.

In addition, the Itema stand will host the ranges of nylon and polyester yarns from RadiciGroup.
