AATCC 2012 International Conference

AATCC's 2012 International Conference will be held March 21-23 at the Hilton University Place in Charlotte, NC. The conference will feature "something for everyone" and include three educational tracks, poster session, student paper competition, student textile bowl, welcoming reception, and Award's luncheon where the Association's most prestigious awards will be presented.
The education portion of the conference will feature three tracks:
- Concept 2 Consumer® (C2C)
- Chemical Applications
- Materials.
Sessions in the C2C track will include pathway to sustainability, beyond the borders, the power of social media, and wear it, see it, explore it. The Chemical Applications track will address new advances in preparation and dyeing, antimicrobials, performance finishing, and also include the Herman and Myrtle Goldstein Student Paper Competition. Presentations in the Materials track will focus on protective textiles, medical materials, specialty materials, and innovative technologies.
