Organised by the Biocomposites Subgroup of Composites UK, this event will take place on 23 October 2014 in Rotherham, UK.

The workshop will bring together people and companies with an interest in biocomposites – what they are, how they can be used, how they compare to traditional materials and the business case for using them. 

The event will be a combined workshop and exhibition.  Several key companies in the UK’s biomaterials sector will be exhibiting their latest products.  Talks will be presented by leading researchers in the field. 

The day will conclude with an open forum where delegates can question the panel and suggest how the industry can be grown.
