It will be organized by UNITEX in collaboration with University College Ghent. The digital congress 2016 is the follow up event of a series of previous successful events that took place in 2010, 2012, and 2014.

The 2014 edition attracted more than 250 participants from 15 different countries. This year we organisers are aiming for an even greater number of participants.

The objective of the European Symposium is to provide a fruitful platform for cross-disciplinary exchange on cutting edge developments in the field of digital technologies. It aims to bring together experts from both academia, designers, suppliers of basic components (hardware, software, inks, peripheral instruments, and more), fashion and textile industries in order to communicate their latest results. Moreover, it is the intention of the organizers to provide ample time for discussion to stimulate the exchange of new exciting ideas and concepts.

The meeting will cover all aspects of digital technologies such as basic components, as well as applications, e-commerce etc. in established and emerging fields.
