Brückner Textile Technologies, a leading German producer of finishing lines for the textile industry, has received a delegation of textile finishers from Bangladesh to explore the multitude of finishing possibilities for different end uses, offered by the manufacturer.

Among guests were existing customers, as well as interested executives from growing textile companies. The delegation members were received by the owner Regina Brückner at the Brückner technology centre in Leonberg.

Technological know-how

Brückner’s responsible sales staff and technologists explained the technical details of the new dryer generation to the guests. Afterwards, coating tests with the highly flexible Brückner application unit OPTI-COAT were made. This unit is said to allow the application of precise quantities with very different types of coating.

The finishing line in Brückner’s technology centre allows drying, heat-setting and coating of a variety of fabric types, the manufacturer reports. Simultaneously, the new POWER-FRAME ECO dryer system is said to allow saving a considerable amount of energy.

Tittmoning site

On the second day of the visit, the delegation visited Brückner’s production site in Tittmoning, Bavaria, where the company has been producing its machines for more than 50 years.

“We are proud of our German site and this allows us to keep the high quality standard of our products and to react flexibly to our customers’ demands. This secures us a big competitive advantage,” commented Regina Brückner.

Mutual exchange of ideas

“Our standing customers are passionate about the quality of Brückner’s machines and the textiles finished with them. Most of them even have several Brückner machines,” said Manfred Schulte-Austum, sales engineer, who is responsible for the Bangladesh market.

“After this convincing visit of Brückner and the inspiring mutual exchange of ideas the customers felt confirmed in their decision to buy Brückner.”
