Secant Medical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prodesco, has announced a realignment of the organization with changes in its management and internal operational structure. Management changes include the appointments of internal management to senior vice president, vice president, and director levels as well as minor shifts to the company's organizational structure.

The appointments, which became effective as of Tuesday, 26 July 2011, include Karen West as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development, with responsibilities for long term strategy development and planning.

Promotions to Vice President include Jeff Koslosky, Advanced Technologies and Carlos Valdes, Operations Integration. Koslosky oversees the integration of business development and marketing in addition to product development, materials, biology and chemistry.

Valdes' responsibilities include manufacturing engineering, facilities, and maintenance management as well as support of operations, quality, and development. Roger Scott assumes the role of Director of Information Technology and Business Systems.
