The International Nonwovens Symposium is aimed at the entire nonwovens industry. The programme features a mix of technical and market oriented papers on nonwovens in all types of applications.

The Symposium attracts top-level speakers and hundreds of highly qualified nonwovens professionals. The International Nonwovens Symposium is the European event for educational and networking opportunities and monitoring latest industry developments. Further information will be made available in a near future.

The International Nonwovens Symposium held in Saint Petersburg in 2013 was strongly supported by the international nonwovens industry, especially companies based in Russia and the CIS markets.

With 250 delegates from across Europe and the globe, there were 158 organisations present from 26 different countries, including 97 Russian delegates from 71 different companies.

“The feedback we received from our members and colleagues from the growing nonwovens industry in Russia, and other stakeholders confirmed our belief that this event was the right thing to do at the right time. It seems that the variety of markets covered during the symposium, which contrasts with other more specialised EDANA events, addressed priority needs of those companies who are most closely following the demand for nonwovens in CIS countries.” Said Pierre Wiertz, General Manager of EDANA.

The 2015 edition of the event will take place from 2-3 June 2015 in Prague, Czech Republic.
