<title>DyStar restarts production in Leverkusen and Brunsbüttel</title>

18 March 2010, Leverkusen - DyStar has reached agreement with
Lanxess owner of the DyStar production plants in Leverkusen and Brunsb&amp;uuml;ttel to restart
production at both sites in March.
This week, DyStar employees were able to enter the plants in
order to prepare for start-up of the facilities, the company said. According to
DyStar, orders for the necessary raw materials to start production have already
been placed.

that it is to invest in further production capacity and has already contracted with
