ECO STORM

This lightweight, high-performance material, both waterproof and breathable, features recycled polyester laminated with a thin but highly durable polyester film. ECO STORM is said to be ideal for eco-friendly outdoor clothing.

DELTAPEAK

Teijin Frontier’s next-generation fabric realizes a highly integrated combination of physicality, functionality and quality, the company reports. It is said to offer softness, durability, stretching, ultraviolet protection and anti-transparency, as well as snag resistance due to its dense, flat-knit surface.

Octa Neo

Octa Neo is a multilayer fibre, which combines the company’s proprietary Octa hollow, eight-fin polyester fibre with various chemical and natural staple fibres for diverse applications.

PASMO

PASMO is a high-tenacity polyester that boasts 1.5 times greater tensile strength than conventional polyester to provide athletes with greater comfort and body support for peak performance.

Bio-derived materials

SOLOTEX, a polytrimethylene terephthalate fibre, is highly soft, stretchable, shape-retaining and durable, and is also partially bio-derived, according to the manufacturer.

elk

Teijin’s elk is a lightweight, durable, cushiony and breathable material that is designed to serve as an excellent substitute for polyurethane in a range of cushioning applications, such as bra cups, supporters and pads. It is also environmentally friendly because it does not generate cyanogen gas when incinerated, the company reports.
