The Textile Institute has announced that Wuhan Textile University, China, with the support of Deakin University, Australia will be hosting the next Textile Institute World Conference (TIWC 2014).
The event will take place from 2-6 November 2014. It aims to provide a significant platform for industry and researchers from around the world to meet, discuss, share and disseminate findings for future collaborations and is anticipated to become a catalyst for enterprising spirit among the participants.
China is considered to be the largest fibre producer and textile manufacturer in the world. Wuhan Textile University is the only textile named university in China. This invigorating environment is the perfect place to unite with likeminded people, focussing specifically on innovation from fibre to fashion in both research and industrial applications.
