Within its double helix interior – providing 16,500 square metres of exhibition space on a footprint of just 4,800 square metres – are housed more than 160 vehicles dating back to the first automobile invented by Carl Benz in 1886, with the history of the 20^th Century charted through subsequent four-wheeled developments.
