For more than 40 years Cordura Advanced Fabrics and Bach Equipment have been working together on products that are durable and long lasting.

At ISPO Munich from November 28-30 the two brands will introduce a limited edition tote bag with Cordura re/cor RN66 for the first time in Europe.

“Working together with the talented teams at Bach Equipment to develop the durable, reliable and recycled next generation bag has been a great way to honuor our longstanding history,” says Malayka Erpen, global consumer segment leader Cordura.

Cordura re/cor RN66 is made from 100% pre-consumer fibre material that is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified. In terms of quantifiable benefits the production of Cordura re/cor RN66 creates 83% fewer greenhouse gas emissions, uses 82% less energy, and uses 57% less water than the production of regular nylon 6,6.

“When we heard about the new Cordura re/cor, we were very excited as it gives the option to ensure durability by decreasing the resources that are needed to create the fabrics,” adds Nadia Zoller, product designer at Bach Equipment. “There is a need for more environmentally friendly products, and we are partnering with Cordura to answer the demands of the market without compromising on our values.”

The European launch of the Limited Edition of the tote bag will also be celebrated with a Happy Hour on Tuesday, Nov 29th from 16:00 -18:00 at the Cordura Advanced Fabrics ISPO booth  C2.234 in Munich.
