Hyosung TNC is presenting a new generation of sustainable and functional textile solutions at key winter industry events including Mills Fabrica London, Première Vision Paris and Interfilière New York. Across all three platforms, the company is highlighting developments that combine high performance, versatility and reduced environmental impact, underscoring its ongoing invesment in advanced materials for apparel and textile applications.

At Mills Fabrica London, Hyosung TNC is participating in the Performance Without Toxicity exhibition at the Fabrica X gallery. Running from January to June 2026, the exhibition explores how innovation in materials and systems is reshaping performance apparel for a cleaner and healthier future. Hyosung TNC is one of 37 companies demonstrating that high performance can be achieved without negative impacts on people or the planet.

The company is showcasing its new regen Bio Elastane, produced using sugarcane-derived bio BDO and scheduled for commercial production in the second quarter of 2026. Manufactured through fully integrated, in-house operations in Vietnam, the fibre offers enhanced environmental benefits and improved supply reliability. The shift from corn-based to sugarcane-based feedstock, verified under the VIVE programme, reinforces Hyosung TNC’s commitment to responsible sourcing while maintaining the same performance characteristics as conventional spandex.

Also on display are regen recycled solutions featuring 100% recycled elastane, polyester and nylon textiles that combine quality, functionality and responsible material sourcing.

Each textile solution is supported by garments developed by Hyosung TNC’s Fashion Design Center, reflecting the company’s ability to anticipate trends, develop advanced materials and deliver future-ready solutions through its integrated approach to research and design.

In New York, Hyosung TNC is a major sponsor of Interfilière, held on 4–5 February, and is hosting four mill partners adjacent to its pavilion space. The company is addressing the evolving demands of the intimate apparel market, where consumers increasingly expect comfort, durability, inclusivity and sustainability alongside refined aesthetics.

In addition to regen Bio Elastane and 100% recycled regen Elastane, Hyosung TNC is presenting a range of specialised fibres designed for next-to-skin applications. These include nylon and elastane solutions that deliver enhanced softness, fit, colour performance, cooling and moisture management, supported by concept garments created by the Fashion Design Center team.
