CombiNano, manufactured by Denizili, Turkey-based Hifyber, combines gas-phase adsorption and particulate filtration in a single nanofibre nonwoven advanced media, for applications include HVAC systems, data centres, cabin air filtration and industrial environments.
Unlike conventional solutions that rely on electrostatic charges, CombiNano is said to deliver operational reliability and stable, long-term performance even in humid and chemically aggressive environments.
Traditional carbon filters use charged meltblown layers that lose efficiency under humidity and chemical exposure but CombiNano’s nanofibre layer provides purely mechanical filtration, ensuring the consistent capture of fine and submicron particles from day one.
High-purity activated carbon derived from renewable coconut shells provides a dense microporous structure optimised to capture VOCs and odours, with low ash content for clean operation and stable airflow.
The nanofibre layer captures fine dust before it reaches the carbon layer, preventing pore clogging and preserving gas adsorption capacity throughout service life.
