Teijin to exhibit bedding, care and disaster-preventing products at CHINA AID 2016

The company looks forward to expanding its presence in the China welfare market through its participation in the event.

Teijin will participate in the China International Exbition of Senior Care, Rehabilitation Medicine and Healthcare (CHINA AID) 2016 that takes place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, from 8-10 June.

Seeking to improve the quality of life of the elderly, it will exhibit the bedding, care and disaster-preventing products for more comfort and safety at the exhibition.

Teijin’s lightweight, breathable and durable polyester cushioning material that can be used in place of urethane. According to the company, it derives strength and resilience from its three-dimensional structure.

FASTENANO

FASTENANO is a hook and loop fastener made by pile fabric NANOFRONT, an ultra-fine nanofibre. It is gentle on the skin, and there is no audible sound when fastening or unfastening, the manufacturer reports.

Flame-retardant fabric

A material is made of a combination of Teijin’s heat-resistant aramid fibre and Kaneka Corporation’s acrylic synthetic fibre with fire extinguishing capabilities. If it catches fire, the curtain is said to carbonize and prevent the fire from spreading.

MICROGUARD

Owing to its high density, MICROGUARD plain weave texture with ultrafine microfibre is designed to protect against mites and dust, without the need for chemical treatment.
