W. L. Gore & Associates, a technology-driven company, has earned the number three spot on the Great Place to Work Institute’s list of Best Multinational Workplaces, ranking among the world’s best companies to work for.
The ranking is the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence and identifies the 25 best multinational companies in terms of workplace culture. For more than 50 years, Gore has cultivated a non-hierarchical corporate culture that fosters the innovative spirit of individuals and teams.

High-trust workplace culture
Great Place to Work, headquartered in San Francisco, is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. Great Place to Work serves businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies in 51 countries.
Gore is among the more than 2,000 multinational corporations and subsidiaries that participated globally in the Great Place to Work Institute’s 2015 list evaluation processes. This process generated top workplace lists in dozens of countries, and from those lists, the 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces were selected. At the European Great Place To Work Ranking in 2015 Gore UK ranked the third.
