Composites UK, the trade association for the UK composites supply chain, developed the CAP scheme to enable companies to map the abilities of their staff against their overarching business development plan.

A CAP Scheme Assessor then suggests the right training options to bridge any skills gaps moving forward, allowing companies to invest in the appropriate teachings, strengthening its core processes and increasing right first time percentages.
