The 3^rd edition of International exhibition and conference on technical textiles Technotex 2014 is being organised by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) from 20-22  March 2014 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, India.

The trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens offers a platform for business opportunities in the varied application areas of technical textiles. The event is to provide an opportunity for the Indian technical textile industry and is intended to serve as the right platform for interaction between the Indian and foreign companies from technical textile sector.

The previous edition of the exhibition received an overwhelming response from the  major companies from textile industry, such as Reliance Industries, Teijin, Clariant, Maccaferri Environmental Solutions, Kurarary ,Ginni Filaments,  Garware Wall Ropes and others.

The exhibition was well attended by business visitors from more than 23 countries and buying delegations came from Taiwan, Japan, Italy, China, Switzerland and USA.

Technotex 2014 is expected to welcome more than 200 focused exhibitors and more than 100 foreign buyers from 25 countries.
