This month, the National Composites Centre (NCC) has announced its newest Tier 2 member, SHD Composites. Based in Sleaford, SHD Composite Materials is a leader in advanced composite prepreg materials, who offers a wide range of tooling and component prepreg materials suitable for autoclave, press and oven curing.

“We recognise the importance of materials supply chain companies to be working collaboratively with the NCC and help the end-users develop cost-effective and robust manufacturing routes for part production,” said Kalyan Hazra, Sector Lead, NCC. “The NCC has been working with SHD, an innovative and flexible prepreg materials company, for some time and their membership will further strengthen our relationship.”
